Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 21964-2008 "Safety Specification for Repair of Agricultural Machinery". Compared with GB/T 21964-2008, except for the structure In addition to adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changes have been made to the safety production management system, hazardous substance handling, workplace fire protection, and used oily gloves and waste in the “Working Environment” section.

Requirements for handling cotton yarn, dirty rags, etc. (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.4, 4.7, 3.1, 3.7, 3.12, 3.6 of the 2008 edition);

b) Added requirements for handling waste oil, waste liquid, etc. and workplace safety equipment in the "working environment" (see 4.3 and 4.5);

c) Changed the requirements for the storage of dangerous goods in the "working environment" (see 4.6, 3.3 and 3.5 of the 2008 edition);

d) Added requirements for the floor of the workplace in the “Working environment” (see 4.11);

e) Added the following items to “Operators and Protection”. personnel safety education and training, compliance with safety production rules and regulations, and Requirements for on-the-job operation and test drivers (see 5.1, 5.2, 5.4, 5.5);

f) Changed the requirement of wearing labor protection articles in accordance with relevant requirements in "Operators and Protection" (see 5.6, 6.1, 2008 edition) 6.9);

g) Changed the requirements for operating rotating equipment and working in toxic material areas in "Operators and Protection" (see 5.7, 5.10, 2008 6.8 and 6.5 of the 2011 edition);

h) The requirements for the use, management and maintenance of metal cutting machine tools in “Equipment Safety” have been deleted (see 5.5 of the 2008 edition);

i) Changed the requirements for the use, management and maintenance of repair, commissioning and inspection equipment in "Equipment Operation and Management" (see 6.5, 2008 Version 5.6);

j) The requirement for each type of work to hold a certificate before taking up the post in the “operation process” has been deleted (see 4.1 and 4.9 of the 2008 edition);

k) Added safety requirements for the use of power tools during “operation” (see 7.2);

l) Changed the requirements for using jacks for repair work, carrying and lifting heavy objects, and draining the repair tank in the "operation process" (see 7.9, 7.12, 7.17, 4.3, 4.12, 4.18 of the 2008 edition);

m) Added environmental protection during on-site operations, safe working distance from moving parts, and high temperature and high pressure state of disassembly in the "operation process" Requirements for parts under (see 7.14 to 7.16).

Safety regulations for repair of agricultural machinery

1 Scope

This document specifies the working environment, operating personnel and protection, equipment operation and management, and safety of the working process of agricultural machinery repair. Require.

This document applies to agricultural machinery repair operations.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21963 apply to this document.

4 Working Environment

4.1 A safety production management system that is appropriate to the maintenance work content should be established and implemented, and corresponding safety protection measures should be in place.

4.2 A system for the disposal of waste oil, waste liquid, waste water, waste batteries, waste tires and waste containing asbestos that meets environmental protection requirements should be established and implemented.

Environmental management system for centralized collection, classified storage and effective treatment. Hazardous substance storage areas should be clearly defined, and isolation and control measures should comply with Meet environmental protection requirements.

4.3 The working environment and the facilities for treating waste oil, waste liquid, waste water, lighting, ventilation, dust removal, purification and noise elimination configured according to the production process should be Meet environmental protection requirements.

4.4 The workplace should be equipped with fire-fighting facilities and equipment, set up fire safety signs, and regularly organize inspections and maintenance to ensure that they are in good condition and effective.

Evacuation passages, emergency exits and fire truck passages are unobstructed.

4.5 The workplace should regularly maintain and service safety equipment such as acetylene meters, and conduct regular inspections to ensure normal use.

4.6 Storage of toxic, flammable, explosive items, dust, corrosive agents, pollutants and pressure vessels, etc., shall be equipped with appropriate safety protection measures and equipment.

The equipment should be stored in a designated safe place, away from fire and power sources, managed by a dedicated person, inspected regularly, and have complete entry and exit procedures.

4.7 Used oily gloves, waste cotton yarn and dirty rags should be stored in a safe place and disposed of regularly.
