Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 21434-2008 "Phase Change Boiler". Compared with GB/T 21434-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes Besides, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);

--- Delete some terms and definitions (see Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed the content of the parameter series (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed the model compilation method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed performance, material, design and manufacturing requirements (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2008 edition);

--- Delete the relevant content of pressure phase transition and organic-inorganic medium phase transition (see the relevant content of Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed the inspection and testing (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);

--- Increased electrical insulation resistance and withstand voltage test (see 7.4);

--- Delete inspection and test rules (see 7.8 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed the painting, packaging, nameplate, logo and random documents (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.2008 edition);

--- Added system design (see 9.1);

--- Deleted the supporting scope of supply (see Chapter 9 of the.2008 edition);

--- Changed the installation and operation and maintenance (see 9.2, Chapter 10, Appendix B of the.2008 edition).

1 Scope

1.1 This document specifies the parameter series, model preparation, performance, materials, design and manufacture, inspection and testing, painting, packaging, Basic requirements for nameplates, signs and random documents, system design and installation, operation and maintenance, and quality responsibility.

1.2 This document is applicable to oil and gas as the fuel or electrical energy as the input energy, water as the medium and output working fluid in the boiler, and the rated working pressure Phase change boilers less than 0.1MPa (including vacuum phase change boilers and micro-pressure phase change boilers).

1.3 Phase change boilers with other fuels can be implemented by reference.
