3 Requirements
3.3 100%tau line tilt range The tilt range of the multi-band 100%tau line of the instrument is shown in Table 1.
3.1 Normal working conditions of instrument
3.2 Background spectral energy distribution
The energy value at 4000 cm-1 shall be no less than 20% of the energy value at the highest point.
3.5 Transmittance repeatability
The transmittance repeatability of the instrument shall be no more than 0.5%tau.
3.6 Resolution
The highest resolution of the instrument shall be selected from 4 cm-1, 2 cm-1, 1 cm-1, 0.5 cm-1, 0.25 cm-1, and 0.125 cm-1.
4 Test methods
4.3 100%tau line tilt range Same as 4.2 setting. The air background spectrum and the air sample spectrum are collected. The 100%tau line is measured. The transmittances of wave-number segments of 800 cm-1~500 cm-1, 2200 cm-1~1900 cm-1, 3200 cm-1~2800 cm-1, and 4400 cm-1~4000 cm-1 are measured respectively.
4.4 100%tau line noise Same as 4.2 setting. The air background spectrum and the air sample spectrum are collected. Obtain the 100%tau line. The RMS values of transmittances of wave-number segments of 1000 cm-1~900 cm-1, 2200 cm-1~2100 cm-1 (or 2100 cm-1~2000 cm-1), and 4100 cm-1~4000 cm-1 are calculated.
4.1 Test conditions
4.2 Background spectral energy distribution
SET the resolution to 4 cm-1.The scanning speed is placed at the optimal position. The number of scans is 32.
4.6 Resolution
4.6.1 SET the highest resolution of the instrument. The scanning speed is placed at the optimal position. The number of scans is 32.
4.7 Wave-number accuracy
4.7.1 For instruments with a resolution better than 0.5 cm-1 (including 0.5 cm-1), SET the highest resolution of the instrument. The scanning speed is placed at the optimal position. The number of scans is 32.The apodization function is BOXCOR. The instrument diaphragm is at the minimum.
4.8 Wave-number repeatability
4.8.1 For instruments with a resolution better than 0.5 cm-1 (including 0.5 cm-1), SET the highest resolution of the instrument. The scanning speed is placed at the optimal position. The number of scans is 32.The apodization function is BOXCOR. The instrument diaphragm is at the minimum. COLLECT the background spectrum. PUT in the gas cell filled with carbon monoxide gas (see Table 3 for the pressure), to collect the sample's transmittance spectrum. The accuracy of carbon monoxide gas 2193.36cm-1 is measured. The measurement is repeated 6 times in succession. Take the difference between the maximum and the minimum.
4.9 Safety tests
No. Absorption peak position
4.9.1 Insulation resistance
The power plug of the instrument is not connected to the grid. The power switch is placed in the on position. USE an insulation resistance meter to apply a 500 V DC test voltage between the phase-to-center connection of power plug and and the ground wire. After 5 s of stabilization, the insulation resistance is measured.
4.10 Instrument appearance
Visual and hand touch inspection.
4.11 Instrument completeness
Visual inspection.
4.12 Transportation, storage in the transportation
It shall be carried out according to the methods of 4.1~4.5 in JB/T 9329-1999.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of the instrument is classified into exit-factory inspection and type inspection.
5.2 Exit-factory inspection
5.3 Type inspection
5.3.1 The instrument shall, in any of the following cases, in accordance with the requirements of 3.2~3.12, be subjected to type inspection.
5.3.2 Samples for type inspection shall be randomly selected from instruments which have passed the exit-factory inspection.
5.3.5 If the type inspection is qualified, the lot which has passed the exit-factory inspection, as a qualified product, can leave the factory or be put in storage. If the storage is more than 12 months before leaving the factory, the exit-factory inspection shall be carried out again.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
6.1 Marking
6.1.1 Instrument marking
6.1.2 Packaging marking
6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 The packaging of the instrument shall comply with the provisions of moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging in GB/T 15464-1995.
6.2.2 Instrument accompanying documents […]
6.3 Transportation
The instrument, when the package is complete, can be transported by general means of transport.
6.4 Storage
When the instrument is in the packaged state, it shall be stored in the room where the ambient temperature is 0°C~40°C, the relative humidity shall not be more than 85%, and the air shall not contain corrosive gases.
7 Quality assurance
Under the condition that the user complies with the rules of custody and use, when the instrument, within 12 months from the date of delivery, fails to work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the parts for the user for free (excluding the replacement of quick-wear and vulnerable parts).
