1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for measuring and calculating the diameter and wall thickness of hollow fiber membrane filaments using image analysis.
This standard applies to the determination of the cross-sectional structural dimensions of hollow fiber membrane filaments.

3.1 Hollow fiber membrane
Fibrous, hollow membrane with self-supporting effect.
