Scope

GB/T 19337-2017 is the English-translated version of 阿维菌素乳油.

GB/T 19337-2017 covers abamectin emulsifiable concentrates, made by dissolving abamectin technical material and emulsifiers in a suitable solvent.

It requires a homogeneous oily liquid without obvious suspended matter or sediment, and sets the control items for the 1.8%, 3.2%, 5.0% and 10.0% grades: abamectin (B1a + B1b) mass fraction, a B1a to B1b ratio of not less than 10.0, a pH range of 4.5 to 7.0, emulsion stability and persistent foaming.

It also deals with test methods, acceptance, warranty and marking, labelling, packaging and storage. Compared with the 2003 edition, the minimum B1a to B1b ratio rises from 4.0 to 10.0, water content is no longer controlled and persistent foaming is added.

It replaces GB 19337-2003, was issued on 1 November 2017 and has applied since 1 May 2018.
