The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 1354, JJF1070 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Wuchang rice

Within the scope of protection approved by the national intellectual property management department, use Wuyou Rice No. 4, which has been approved and meets the planting conditions of Wuchang City.

And other japonica rice varieties, rice that completes all the links of planting, harvesting, processing and packaging.
