1 Scope
This standard specifies the three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicle license plates (frame) the shape and size, location, visual range, strength, mounting hole requirements.
This standard applies to three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed vehicles (collectively, low-speed vehicles).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
