Scope
GB/T 19115.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 风光互补发电系统 第1部分:技术条件.
GB/T 19115.1-2018 sets the technical conditions for hybrid power generation systems that combine wind turbines and photovoltaic modules.
It covers terms, system classification into off-grid and grid-connected types, the resource and environmental conditions for use, and the basic configuration, parameters and selection of equipment such as batteries, controllers and inverters.
It also gives the technical requirements for components and for the complete system, the test methods, quality judgment and inspection rules, marking and instruction manual, packaging, transport and storage.
It applies to systems whose wind turbine swept area is below 200 m² and whose output is below 1 000 V AC or 1 500 V DC, with testing described in GB/T 19115.2. It replaces GB/T 19115.1-2003, was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 19115 "Wind and Solar Complementary Power Generation System" is divided into the following two parts.
--- Part 1. Technical conditions;
--- Part 2. Test methods.
This part is the first part of GB/T 19115.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 19115.1-2003 "Off-grid household wind and solar hybrid power generation system Part 1. Technical conditions" and Compared with GB/T 19115.1-2003, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- This part contains off-grid and grid-connected wind-solar hybrid power generation systems (see Chapter 4);
--- Adjusted the scope of application (see Chapter 1);
--- Increase system classification (see Chapter 4);
--- Added the term "grid-type wind-solar complementary control inverter" (see 3.4, 3.5, 3.6);
--- Removed rated output power (see 2003 version 6.2.3);
--- Removed the relevant requirements for the bleeder (see 2003 editions 6.3.6, 7.9, 8.2.3)
--- Modified the rated DC voltage of the system (see Table 1);
--- Modified the output waveform of the system (see Table 2);
--- Modified the system installation requirements (see 8.4).
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 19115 specifies the definition, terminology, classification, basic parameters and techniques of the wind-solar hybrid power generation system (hereinafter referred to as the system). Technical requirements, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc.
This section applies to off-grid and grid-connected systems for wind power and photovoltaic hybrids. The swept area of the wind turbine is less than 200m² and the output voltage is Wind power generation systems with less than 1000V AC or 1500V DC or their wind-solar hybrid power generation systems.
