GB/T 19001-2000 Quality Management System Requirements

1.1 General

This International Standard specifies the following requirements of the organization defines the quality management system requirements.

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;

b) through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, it aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

NOTE. In this standard, the term "product" applies only to the customer or the customer is expected to provide the desired product.

The standard for all organizations acquire, deliver, develop, and maintain your computer when you run the application software and related support services GB/T 19001-2000 provide guidance. This standard does not have to GB/T 19001-2000 requirements to make any additions or modifications.

Appendix A provides a table GB/T 19001-2000 implementation guidelines, see the contents of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 and

ISO/T C176 standards.

Guide this standard is not intended to provide for the quality management system certification and (or) assessment criteria for registration.

All requirements of this standard are generic and intended to be applicable to all types, sizes and organizations of different products.

When any of the requirements of this standard because of the organization and its product is not applicable, it can be considered for exclusion.

Unless the deletion does not affect only those organizations in Chapter 7 of this standard to meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements can be Power or duty requirements, or can not claim compliance with this standard.

This standard applies to the following software.

--- Commercial contracts with other organizations as part of the signing;

--- Can get the product on the market;

--- Used to support the organization of the process;

--- Embedded in hardware products;

--- Software and related services.

Some organizations may be involved in all of the above activities, while other organizations may only involve one of the business areas. But not on how an organization's quality management system should cover all aspects of its business (relating to the Software and software-independent).
