Scope

GB/T 18762-2017 is the English-translated version of 贵金属及其合金钎料规范.

GB/T 18762-2017 is the Chinese national standard on specification for filler brazing materials made of precious metal and their alloy, in the field of metallurgy. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 12 July 2017 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 June 2018. Classification: ICS 77.150.99, CCS H68. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

4.1 Product classification

4.1.1 Example of product marking method and marking The standard alloy grades are shown in GB/T 18035-2000. The old and the old grades and the reference melting temperature are shown in the attached table. Record A. Pure metal and eutectic alloy solidus and liquidus temperature is the same, the solder solid, liquidus temperature is expressed as a single data. Vacuum brazing The solder filler grade indicates the method of adding V to B, see the example of the mark. The solder grade is expressed as follows: B (-) -/- Solder liquid line temperature Solder solidus temperature The basic elements of brazing filler metal and its content, add elements Hard solder code
