1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining premix pantothenic acid content by high performance liquid chromatography.

4 Reagents and solutions
Except where noted, this standard reagents used were of analytical grade, water line with two water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 phosphoric acid

Weigh D- D- pantothenic acid or calcium pantothenate standard pure amount of goods from the purity of more than 99.0% in 100mL flask
