Foreword

Accordance with the standards GB/T 1.1-2009. Drafting Rules "Standardization Guide Part 1 standard structure and preparation of" given.

This standard replaces GB/T 18007-1999 "coffee products and terms." the main difference compared with the standard GB/T 18007-1999 as follows.

--- The standard ISO foreword deleted;

--- This standard directory has been adjusted;

--- The standard delete 2.1.16 resurgence beans, seed coat 2.2.8, 2.2.10 seed, 3.27.7.1 big clods, 3.27.7.2 Turkey Block, 3.27.7.3 small clods, and blending 4.6 Chapter 5 inspection;

--- This standard adds 2.2,2.2.1 injection, 2.2.2, 2.2.3 of the note, the note 2.2.4, 3.2,6.2.5,6.2.6, 6.2.7,6.4.3,6.5.6,6.5.7,6.6.3 and 8.4;

--- This standard 3.27.1 large stones, in 3.27.2, 3.27.3 pebbles merged into 6.2.2; 3.27.4 the large branches,

This standard is identical with ISO 3509:2005 "Coffee and its products the term" (in English).

For ease of use, the editorial changes made the following standard.

The standard proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Agriculture.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture of tropical crops and products Standardization Technical Committee.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the coffee and its products most commonly used terms related.

2 Coffee generic term

Coffee

Coffea plant (Coffea, generally refers to cultivars) products as well as fruits and seeds of these fruits and seeds prepared for human consumption.

Note. The terms of this article applies to the following products. coffee fresh fruit, dried fruit, seed coat with coffee beans, green coffee, grinding coffee beans, decaffeinated coffee, roasted coffee beans, coffee Coffee powder, coffee extract, instant coffee and coffee beverages.

Normal coffee Homogeneous group of coffee seeds, which does not include the following five categories are defined as defects in the material, namely.

--- Not coffee original impurities;

--- Not the original beans impurities;

--- Irregularly shaped coffee beans;

--- Appearance of unusual beans;

--- Taste of coffee.
