1 Scope

This standard gives guidance on the method used to trade green coffee based on the contract terms used in the coffee trade.

This standard specifies the raw coffee sampling, packaging, marking, storage and transportation.

This standard applies to GB/T 18007-2011 provisions of raw coffee.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 18007-2011 defined terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 raw coffee each batch or delivery instructions

Green coffee each batch or delivery should provide all or part of the following information.

a) country of origin;

b) the area of origin, area or plantation of origin, if appropriate;

c) the year of harvest, or the year of the applicable coffee;

d) the type of green coffee as described in GB/T 18007-2011;

e) the number of bags constituting the lot or for the time being delivered, and the average net weight per bag, or for the lot or
