Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 17981-2007 "Economic Operation of Air Conditioning Systems". Compared with GB/T 17981-2007, except for structural adjustments... Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

b) Increased reasonable indoor environmental parameters for the economical operation of comfort air conditioning systems in civil buildings and process air conditioning systems in industrial buildings. (See 4.1.3);

c) Added "Energy Consumption Sub-metering and Digitalization" and "Operation Digitalization and Intelligentization" (see

d) Requirements for "economic operation of cold and heat source equipment and systems," "economic operation of water systems," and "economic operation of air conditioning terminals" have been added (see

4.4 and 4.5). and 4.6);

e) Added the requirement of "renewable energy and low-carbon economic operation" (see 4.7);

f) The "Evaluation Indicators and Evaluation Methods" have been revised, and "Energy Intensity Type Indicators," "Energy Efficiency Type Indicators," and "Carbon Emission Type Indicators" have been added. The "standard" requirements are detailed in sections 5.1, 5.2, and

5.3 of the.2007 edition of "Evaluation Indicators and Methods for Economic Operation of Air Conditioning Systems";

g) Change "Energy Management" to "Operation Management" and add content (see 6.1,

6.2 and 6.3, "Energy Management" in the.2007 edition). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 17981-2007.

This document specifies the technical requirements, evaluation indicators and methods for the economical operation of air conditioning systems (hereinafter referred to as air conditioning systems). Administration. This document applies to centralized air conditioning systems in public buildings, residential buildings, and other civil and industrial buildings, as well as systems shared by multiple buildings. It uses a centralized air conditioning system.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
