Scope
GB/T 37227.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 制冷系统绩效评价与计算测试方法 第1部分:蓄能空调系统.
GB/T 37227.1-2018 is Part 1 of a five-part Chinese standard on evaluating and testing the energy performance of refrigerating systems, and deals with energy-storage air conditioning systems.
It sets out the terms, basic requirements, performance evaluation by energy efficiency and economy, and test and calculation methods.
It applies to ice storage, water storage and similar systems run on a daily storage and discharge cycle, counting the chillers, the storage, chilled water and cooling water pumps and the cooling tower fans, but not the terminal fans of the air conditioning system; air-cooled units are excluded.
It defines the energy performance over the design storage and cooling cycle, expressed in kWh of electricity per kWh of cooling, and the typical day condition used for field testing. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 37227 "Refrigeration System Performance Evaluation and Calculation Test Method" is divided into the following five parts.
--- Part 1. Energy storage air conditioning system;
--- Part 2. Multi-energy complementary heating and air conditioning systems;
--- Part 3. supermarket refrigeration system;
--- Part 4. Heat pump systems based on low grade thermal energy utilization;
--- Part 5. VOCs recycling refrigeration system.
This part is the first part of GB/T 37227.
This part is drafted according to the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 37227 specifies the terms, basic requirements and performance evaluation methods of air conditioning and refrigeration systems using energy storage technology. Laws, tests and calculation methods, etc., in which performance evaluation is carried out in terms of energy efficiency and economy.
This section applies to various types of energy storage air conditioning systems, such as ice storage and water storage, which are designed to store and store cold cycles on a daily basis, including cold storage and Refrigeration chiller, cold storage circulating pump, cooling circulation pump, cooling circulation pump, cooling pump and cold running in cold storage, cooling, cooling, etc.
But the tower fan and so on. Does not include the end fan of the air conditioning system. This standard is not applicable to air-cooled refrigeration units.

3.1 Energy performance of energy-storage air conditioning systems during designed cyclical period
A design of the storage and cooling cycle (usually 24h), the sum of the input energy (usually electricity) of the cold storage air conditioning system, and the cold storage during the same period The ratio of the total cooling capacity of the air conditioning system.
Note: The unit is kWh/kWhc per kWh of electricity.
3.2 Typical day condition
In the outdoor weather conditions close to the local summer air-conditioning design, when the cold storage air-conditioning system is normally stored and discharged, it can be tested in the field by cold storage.
