Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 16755-2008 "Safety of machinery safety standards drafting and presentation rules." And GB/T 16755-Compared to 2008, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.

--- Text, the term "risk mitigation measures" instead of the term "protection measures";

--- Delete the contents of the 2008 version of the list of major risk 6.7;

--- Determine the need for an increase in the revision of the standard list of questions in a question [see 5.2d)];

--- Modify the contents of the Class B and Class C standards described in the introduction (see 63, 2008. Version 6.3.);

--- Increasing the range described for NA machinery or mechanical parts (642, 2008 Edition 6.4.2.);

--- Modified C class standard format described range (see Appendix B, 2008 edition Appendix B);

--- Increase in C class standard format Appendix D (see Appendix B, 2008 edition Appendix B).

This standard uses redrafted law modified version of ISO Guide 78.2012 "Safety of machinery safety standards drafting and presentation rules." this standard and ISO Guide 78.2012 compared to major technological changes are as follows.

--- The ISO Guide 78.2012 provision to ISO/IEC Guide specific provisions of Part 2 replace references GB/T 1.1 in Claim;

--- Normative references added GB/T 30174-2013 Safety of machinery - Terminology;

Introduction

Safety is an important part of the machinery of production safety, Standardization Technical Committee related to China has developed a series of mechanical safety the relevant standards. Therefore, there is need for preparation, drafting and presentation rules such safety standards as GB/T 1.1 in the general principles and requirements for the supplement.

The rules specified in this standard within the machinery intended for the field of security standards and the drafting of Class B Class C standard (see 3.2 and 3.3 for definition) standard Associate Technical Committee to use. And references used in this standard principles and concepts GB/T 15706 in established, and taking into account possible GB/T 20000.4 of the principles and concepts.
