This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting: This document replaces GB/T 16561-1996 "Container Equipment Handover List": Compared with GB/T 16561-1996, except for structural adjustment and Apart from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:1996 edition);
b) Changed the definition of "seal" and replaced "seal" with the term "box seal" (see 3:3, 5:1:1, 5:1:3, 6:1:2,:1996 edition 3:4, 5:1:1, 5:1:3, 6:1:2);
c) Added printing requirements for electronic equipment handover sheets (see 4:6);
