Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting: This document replaces GB/T 15967-2008 "1:5001:10001:2000 topographic map aerial photogrammetry digital mapping specification" Compared with GB/T 15967-2008, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the mapping operation from "analytical aerial photogrammetry method" to "digital aerial photogrammetry method" The content and scope of application of the standard have been changed accordingly (see Chapter 1);

b) Added digital surface model (DSM), digital elevation model (DEM), digital orthophoto (DOM), digital line map (DLG) etc: (see Chapter 4);

c) The description of the specifications and requirements for the results has been changed (see 5:1, 3:1 of the:2008 edition);

1 Scope

GB/T 15967-2024 is the Chinese national standard on specifications for digital aerial photogrammetric mapping of 1:500 1:1000 1:2000 topographic maps, in the field of natural and applied sciences. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it.
