Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting. This document replaces GB/T 15963-2008 "Sodium Lauryl Sulfate". Compared with GB/T 15963-2008, except for structural adjustment and In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The regulations on the production process of the product have been changed, from "sulfonation of sulfur trioxide or neutralization with sulfation of chlorosulfonic acid" to "various processes" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);
b) Changed the expression of product classification (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2008 edition);
c) Changed the expression of product appearance and smell (see
4.1 of the.2008 edition);
d) The grade of liquid products has been changed, and grades are no longer established (see 5.3,
4.2 of the.2008 edition);
e) Indexes such as active substance content, pH, and water content have been changed (see 5.3,
4.2 of the.2008 edition);
f) The index of inorganic salt content was deleted, and the index of sulfate content and chloride content was added (see 5.3,

4 Product structure and classification
