1 Scope

This part of GB/T 14946 specifies the code tables used by national organizations, cadres (including civil servants) and personnel management information.

Code classification and coding principles, code table attributes, code management and registration.

This section applies to the design, development and information systems of information systems for national organizations, cadres (including civil servants) and personnel management.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Classification

Classify objects according to selected attributes (or features), and group together classified objects with some common attributes (or features) process.
