Foreword

GB/T 14946 "National Organization, Cadre, Personnel Management Information" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Data elements;

--- Part 2. Information classification code set. This part is the second part of GB/T 14946. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part replaces GB/T 14946.1-2009 "National Cadre, Personnel Management Information System Index System and Data Structure Part 1. Indicator System Classification and Code. Compared with GB/T 14946.1-2009, the main technical changes except editorial changes are as follows:

--- Facing the needs of organizational work, increasing the content of party members and party organization management;

1 Scope

GB/T 14946.2-2019 is the Chinese national standard on information for national organization, cadre and personnel management - part 2: information classification and code lists, in the field of information technology. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 30 August 2019 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 March 2020. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.5 Line classification methododoflinearclassification The classified objects are successively divided into several levels according to selected attributes (or features), and each level is further divided into several categories.
