Scope

GB/T 14629.2-2008 is the English-translated version of 三北羔皮.

GB/T 14629.2-2008 is the Chinese national standard for Persin lamb skins, the raw pelts taken from Three North lambs.

It applies to skins left untreated after slaughter, or only simply dried, salted or otherwise suitably preserved, and it covers the terms and definitions, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the packaging, transport and storage.

Its definitions describe the animal itself, purebred and crossbred sheep of north-west, north and north-east China skinned one to three days after birth, and the characteristics a grader judges: normal coat colour, normal density, normal hair and good elasticity, and the shapes of the curl, from the lying-silkworm and iguana types to the rib roll, the ring curl and the half ring curl.

It replaces GB/T 14629.2-1993, was issued on 31 July 2008 and has applied since 1 May 2009.

Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 14629.2-1993 "Three North astrakhan fur." This standard compared with GB/T 14629.2-1993, the main changes are as follows.

--- The standard name was changed to "Three North kid";

--- The "term" in general terms canceled reservations specific terms;

--- Cancel "requirements" in the "processing requirements," "grade than the poor";

--- Modify the "inspection rules";

--- Simplifying the "Packaging, transport and storage" requirement. The standard proposed by China National Light Industry Council.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the three northern kid, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to after slaughter untreated or after only simple dried or salted, or preserved through appropriate treatment and three to North Kid.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

2.1 Three North kid

Northwest China, North China, Northeast and other regions, and improved cross three purebred sheep north produced lamb, usually after the lambs born 1d ~ 3d Slaughtering take the skin (such as short hair, may be appropriate to extend the slaughter time).

2.2 Coat color normal

In plain black, gray normal.

2.3 Normal density

Paper plates are not exposed, feel moderate.

2.4 Wire of normal

Hair soft, silky smooth.

2.5 Good elasticity

Maojuan firm after by external force to restore.

2.6 Lying silkworm type reel

Maojuan inward curl, lying silkworm-like shape.

2.7 Iguana type reel

Maojuan from an acute angle to the sides of the center line arrangement.

2.8 Rib-roll

Maojuan arranged rib-like, was "factory" shape, the width is greater than height.

2.9 Ring Volume

Coat of sufficient length, and curl into the skin plate parallel to the ring.

2.10 Semi ring volume

Insufficient length of hair, skin and curly parallel plate, did not form a ring.
