Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 12655-2007 "cigarette paper", compared with GB/T 12655-2007, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technology The changes are as follows:

--- Canceled the inspection rules (see.2007 edition Chapter 7);

--- Increase the basic requirements (see Chapter 4);

--- Increased performance requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Remove the "coefficient of variation of air permeability", "vertical tensile energy absorption", "whiteness", "whiteness", "opacity", "ash" "Delivery moisture", "width", "dust degree", "appearance" and other indicators (see.2007 edition Chapter 5);

1 Scope

GB/T 12655-2017 is the Chinese national standard on the basic performance requirements of cigarette paper, in the field of agriculture. The /T suffix marks it as a recommended standard: it is not compulsory by itself, but it becomes binding as soon as a contract, a tender or a customer specification calls it up - which in practice is how most foreign buyers meet it. It was issued on 1 November 2017 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 May 2018. 3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 4687 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Cigarette paper cigarettepaper Used to wrap tobacco into cigarette paper cigarettes. [GB/T 18771.3-2015, Definition 2.1.1]

3.2 Smoldering rate staticcombustibilityrate Under specified conditions, lit cigarette paper continuous smoldering a certain length of time required.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 cigarette paper should not affect the smoking quality of cigarettes odor.

4.2 cigarette paper should use native plant fibers.

4.3 The same batch of cigarette paper graphic or color should not have significant differences.

4.4 cigarette paper core should be strong, not easily deformed. Core diameter (120.0 ± 0.5) mm.

4.5 cigarette paper reel should be close, flat and clean disk, there should be no mechanical damage.

4.6 cigarette paper machine should be run smoothly, there should be no impact on the machine used significantly beating, swinging phenomenon.

4.7 cigarette paper product name should contain at least nominal quantity, nominal air permeability, fiber material composition and rib form can be used for product identification Content. Relevant content should be consistent with the certificate and internal label.
