Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 1186-2007 "reinforced rubber hose for compressed air". Compared with GB/T 1186-2007 the technical changes are as follows.

- modified scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

- modified the classification of the hose (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2007 edition);

--- modified the hose "inside diameter" requirements (see 6.1, 2007 version 5.1);

--- increased the hose "concentricity" requirement (see 6.2);

- increased the length of the hose "tolerance" (see 6.3);

--- increased the physical performance requirements of the hose "compound" (see 7.1);

--- Added "bending test" (see 7.2).

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 2398.:2006 "compressed air with fabric reinforced rubber hose specification".

1 Scope

This standard specifies the maximum working pressure for compressed air at 2.5MPa and the operating temperature range according to the category at -40 °C ~ 70 °C Between the three types, three levels and two types of rubber hose requirements.
