Foreword

GB/T 10175 "moving machinery - Loaders and backhoe loaders" is divided into two parts.

--- Part 1. Calculation and verification of the rated working load calculated tipping load test method;

--- Part 2. maximum breakout force and lifting height lifting capacity test method.

For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

This Part replaces GB/T 10175-1988 "Loader rated operating load." this portion of the GB/T 10175-1988 main changes are as follows.

--- Terminology and definitions have been added;

--- Adds symbols and abbreviations;

1 Scope

This section GB/T 10175 specifies the GB/T 8498 defined installation and material bucket fork tires and crawler loaders and digging Driving method for determining Loader rated working load, and the calculation and verification of tipping load (by mass) of the general method.

This section applies to material installation and fork bucket loader and backhoe loaders.

NOTE. Some attachments will exceed the rated working load limit of the machine operating conditions, such as reducing the speed of the machine or lifting height limit. Appurtenances Use should consult the manufacturer's instructions.

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 8498 and GB/T 18577.1 and established the following terms and definitions apply GB/T 10175 in this section.
