This document replaces GB 25684:4-2010 "Earth-moving Machinery Safety Part 4: Requirements for Backhoe Loaders", and GB 25684:4-

Compared with:2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) terms and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the:2010 edition);

b) The provisions on rollover protection structure (ROPS) and falling object protection structure (FOPS) are deleted (see 4:2 of the:2010 edition);

c) Changed the provisions of the driver's control device (see 4:2:2, 4:3:2 of the:2010 edition);

d) Changed the provisions of the alarm device (see 4:3, 4:4 of the:2010 edition);

e) The provisions of the general requirements for stability have been changed (see 4:4:1, 4:5:1 of the:2010 edition);

f) Changed the provisions on the stability of the loading part (see 4:4:2, 4:5:2 of the:2010 edition);

g) Changed the regulations on stability of excavated parts (see 4:4:3, 4:5:3 of the:2010 edition);

h) The regulations on driving and transportation have been changed (see 4:5, 4:6 of the:2010 edition);

i) the provisions on the verification of safety requirements and/or protective measures have been deleted (see Chapter 5 of the:2010 edition);

j) Changed Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the:2010 edition):
