This document defines the terminology and definitions of chemical rescue fire trucks, and specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, and packaging specifications for chemical rescue fire trucks. The requirements for loading, transportation, and storage are described, along with the corresponding test methods. This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of chemical rescue fire trucks (hereinafter referred to as "chemical rescue trucks").

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Pressurized cab By pressurizing the gas inside the driver's cabin, a certain pressure difference can be created between the sealed driver's cabin and the external environment.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 Basic Requirements Chemical rescue vehicles should comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.

4.2 Vehicle Requirements

4.2.1 The equipment carried by a chemical rescue vehicle shall include at least detection equipment, leak-stopping equipment, decontamination equipment, and personal protective equipment for chemical accident rescue. Among these types of equipment, detection equipment and protective equipment should be placed in separate compartments.

4.2.2 If the driver's cab is a pressurized driver's cab, its pressurization pressure shall not be less than

50 Pa, and the time for which the pressurization state can be maintained shall not be less than 45 min.

4.2.3 The mobile cable reels and mobile lighting fixtures equipped on the chemical rescue vehicle shall meet explosion-proof requirements, and their performance shall comply with GB (/T) 3836 (all According to the provisions of GB 25286 (all parts), fire trucks should be equipped with grounding and static electricity elimination devices.

4.2.4 The exterior body and equipment compartments of the fire truck should be made of corrosion-resistant materials.

4.2.5 The fire truck should be equipped with a wind vane, an anemometer, and a rangefinder.
