3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 A device installed on a turbojet fire truck that uses the exhaust gas from a turbine (turbofan) engine to spray extinguishing agent.

3.2 Thrust-weight ratio The ratio of the rated thrust to the curb weight of a turbofan engine.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 Basic Requirements Turbojet engines should comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.

4.2 Vehicle Requirements

4.2.1 Turbojet vehicles should be equipped with an automotive anti-static drag strip with a cross-sectional area of not less than 100 mm2.

4.2.2 If an auxiliary fuel tank is installed on the turbojet engine vehicle, the safety performance and installation requirements of the fuel tank shall comply with the requirements of GB 18296-2019.

4.3 Requirements for Chassis Modification Modification of turbojet engine chassis should comply with the relevant requirements of section

4.3 of GB 7956.3-2014.
