Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part

1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document is Part 2 of GB 45670 Water Use Quota for the Service Industry in the Yellow River Basin. GB 45670 has been published in the following parts.

This document is proposed and coordinated by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China.

According to the Yellow River Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the state implements a mandatory water quota management system in the Yellow River Basin and formulates the Yellow River Mandatory water quotas for high water-consuming industries and service industries in the Yellow River Basin. The national standard for mandatory water quotas is used to measure the water conservation efforts of relevant industries in the Yellow River Basin. This document specifies the calculation method, index values and management requirements for the mandatory water quotas for swimming venues in the Yellow River Basin. This document applies to the existing, newly built and renovated county-level administrative areas in the Yellow River Basin and other Yellow River water supply areas in the provinces and autonomous regions where the Yellow River flows. 3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 and GB/T 38802 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 The swimming pool draws water from various conventional water sources, which is measured by the sum of the first-level water meters.
