1 Scope of application

This standard specifies the limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements for water pollutants and atmospheric pollutants in ceramic industrial enterprises, as well as the implementation of standards.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1

Ceramic industry

Refers to the industry of making various ceramic products by crushing, molding, calcining and other processes using clay and other mineral raw materials.

It includes the production of porcelain and art porcelain, architectural ceramics, sanitary ceramics and special ceramics.

3.2

Daily and use art porcelain

Refers to all kinds of ceramic products for daily use or for artistic appreciation and collection value. The main varieties are tableware, tea sets, coffee sets, and wine.

Daily products such as stationery, stationery, heat-resistant cooking utensils, painting, sculpture, sculpture, etc.

Art furnishings, etc.

3.3

Building ceramics

Refers to ceramic products used in building finishes or as building components, mainly ceramic wall tiles, excluding architectural glass products, clay

Sanitary ceramics

3.6

Standard condition

It refers to the state when the temperature is 273.15 K and the pressure is 101 325 Pa. The limits of atmospheric pollutant discharge concentrations specified in this standard are all standard

Refers to the ceramic industrial enterprises or production facilities that have been approved for production or environmental impact assessment documents before the date of implementation of this standard.

3.9

New enterprise new facility

Refers to the construction, reconstruction and expansion of ceramic industrial facilities construction projects approved by the environmental impact assessment document from the date of implementation of this standard.

3.10

Effluent volume

Refers to the amount of wastewater discharged by a production facility or enterprise outside the legal boundaries of the enterprise, including various effluxes that are directly or indirectly related to production.

Waste water (such as domestic sewage, cooling wastewater, plant boilers and power station drainage).

3.11

Benchmark effluent volume per unit product

Refers to the upper limit of wastewater discharge capacity of the ceramics produced by the unit for verification of the concentration of water pollutants.

3.12

Excess air coefficient excess air coefficien

Refers to the ratio of the actual air volume to the theoretical air demand during the operation of the industrial furnace.

3.13

Enterprise boundary

Refers to the legal boundary of ceramic industrial enterprises. If the boundary cannot be determined, it means the actual boundary.

3.14

Public wastewater treatment system

Refers to collecting waste water through sewage pipelines, providing wastewater treatment services for more than two sewage disposal units and draining can reach relevant rows

4.1.1 From January 1,.2011 to December 31,.2011, existing enterprises implement the water pollutant discharge limits specified in Table 1.
