GB 19510.14-2009 is the English-translated version of 灯的控制装置 第14部分：led模块用直流或交流电子控制装置的特殊要求.
GB 19510.14-2009 — This part of GB 19510 specifies the use of the following DC power supply 250V and 1000V or less, 50Hz or 60Hz AC power LED module with special safety requirements for electronic control device, the electronic control unit output frequency different from the mains frequency.
Provisions of this section of LED module control device is designed at safety extra-low voltage or equivalent safety extra-low voltage or higher voltage Control means capable of providing a constant voltage or current to the LED module.
Non-pure voltage and current sources type of control device is also included in the present Part of the site. Apply to this part of the GB 19510.1-2009 appendices and terminology used in "light" is also understood to include LED module.
Fixed line and installed as part of the special requirements of an independent safety extra-low voltage control device is given in Appendix I. Performance requirements are given in IEC 62384.
As a member of the plug-in lamp control device can be regarded as built-in control unit, included in the supplementary lighting standards requirements.

Fixed and as part of a stand-alone installation line safety extra-low voltage control device special requirements are given in the appendix ��. Performance requirements are given in IEC 62384. The insertion member as a light control apparatus can be regarded as built -in control unit, included in the standard supplementary lighting requirements.
