Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GA 38-2015 "Security requirements for bank business premises", GA 745-2017 "Bank self-service equipment, self-service banking Security Requirements", GA 858-2010 "Security Requirements for Banking Business Databases", partially replacing GA 1003-2012 "Bank self-service Wuting Security Requirements", GA 1280-2015 "Automated Teller Machine Security Requirements", compared with the above documents, except for structural adjustments and editing in addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

1) Added some terms (see 3.1, 3.3, 3.12.2, 3.12.3, 3.12.4, 3.13, 3.14, 3.16, 3.19, 3.20);

2) Some terms have been changed (see 3.12, 3.12.1, 3.21, 3.22, 3.2, 3.1 of GA 858-2010, 3.5, 3.11 of GA 38-2015);

3) Some terms have been deleted (see 3.8 and 3.12 of GA 38-2015 and 3.3 of GA 745-2017);

4) The construction principle is changed (see 5.1, 4.1.1 of GA 38-2015 and 5.1.1 of GA 858-2010);

5) Changed the site selection requirements (see 5.2, 5.1 of GA 745-2017 and 5.1.3 of GA 858-2010);

6) The data management requirements are changed (see 5.3, 5.1.2 of GA 858-2010);

7) Added pipeline protection requirements (see 5.5);

8) The equipment protection requirements are changed (see 5.6, 6.2.5 of GA 745-2017);

9) Added the time calibration requirements of the electronic protection system (see 5.9);

10) The main transmission channel for networked alarms has been added to give priority to the wired network, and when the main channel fails, it will automatically switch to the backup alarm channel.

21) Added the requirement of not handling cash and other businesses manually in the non-cash area (see 6.1.3);

34) Added the requirement that the anti-following linkage interlocking safety door channel does not have access to other areas (see 6.2.4);

Introduction

1 Scope

This document specifies the overall security requirements and business premises, self-service equipment, self-service banking, business warehouses, and custody of banking financial institutions.
