Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 99015-1998 "Technical Specification for Textile General Electronic Control Equipment". This standard is in line with FZ/T 99015-1998 Compared with the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The content of the standard has been reorganized and arranged (see table of contents);

---Search for new and modify cited documents (see Chapter 2);

---Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

---According to the design and manufacturing requirements, re-enter the content of Chapter 5 in accordance with the model, logo, general requirements, control cabinet, and electrical performance indicators Arranged (see Chapter 5);

---Added the content of the control function (see 5.3.8);

---Modified the content of electrical performance indicators (see 5.5);

---Modified the content of electrical clearance and creepage distance (see 6.4);

--- Added reliability indicators (see Chapter 7) and test methods (8.1.11);

---Add new test methods for electrical clearance and creepage distance (see 8.1.4), and protection of the connection circuit continuity (8.1.5);

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the working conditions, design and manufacturing, safety and electromagnetic compatibility, reliability, test methods and Inspection rules, technical data, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to general-purpose electrical control equipment for textiles installed indoors. The electrical control equipment discussed in this standard is derived from the power supply of mechanical electrical equipment.

The entrance begins. Its rated voltage does not exceed 1000V (ac) or 1500V (dc), and its rated frequency does not exceed.200 Hz. For higher power for pressure or frequency, refer to this standard.
