Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces FZ/T 93043-2012 "Cotton Spinning Draw Frame", compared with FZ/T 93043-2012, except for structural adjustment and editorial in addition to the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added the classification according to the adjustment method of draft ratio (see 4.1, 3.1 of the 2012 edition);

--- Added the specification parameters of the can (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2012 edition);

--- Increased the accuracy requirements for the detection roller of the autoleveling device (see 5.2.2);

--- Increase the speed classification and adjust the bearing temperature rise requirements (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2012 edition);

--- Revised the drafting system requirements (see 5.4.1, 4.4.1 of the 2012 edition);

--- Increased the accuracy requirements for the inspection roller of the coiling system (see 5.5.2);

--- Increased communication interface requirements (see 5.7.10);

--- Modified the safety requirements (see 5.7.11, 5.7.12, 4.7.10 of the 2012 edition);

--- Revised the overall noise requirements (see 5.8, 4.8 of the 2012 edition);

--- Modified power consumption (see 5.9, 4.9 of the 2012 edition);

--- Modified the coefficient of variation of the end-draw evenness and the requirements for weight unevenness (see Table 3, Table 3 of the 2012 edition);

--- Based on the above changes, the test methods or test requirements have been modified or added (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 2012 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cotton spinning drawing frames.

This document is applicable to the drawing frame for pure spinning and blending of cotton, cotton-type chemical fibers and medium and long fibers.
