Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 73028-2009 Knitted Artificial Leather Garments. The main technical changes compared with FZ/T 73028-2009 are as follows.

--- Removed the classification of knitted artificial leather garments (Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);

--- Type specifications added "or GB/T 6411" (see 3.3.1, 4.2.1 of the 2009 edition);

--- Modify the indicators of the quality of the main parts of the finished product specification deviation direction (see Table 1, 2009 version of Table 1);

--- Revised appearance quality requirements clause (see Table 4, 2009 version of Table 4);

--- Removed the tear strength, marble bursting strength and soap fastness test items (see Table 5, 2009 version of Table 5);

--- Increased odor assessment indicators and test methods (see Table 5 and 4.2.4);

--- Added assessment items and test methods for the limits of harmful substances in PVC artificial leather (see Table 5 and 4.2.6);

--- Modify the peel strength test method (see 4.2.7, 2009 version 5.4.1);

--- Changed the "low-temperature folding fastness" to "fastness to bending," and revised the assessment indicators and test methods (see Tables 5 and 4.2.8, 2009 Edition)

--- Modify the test method of anti-blocking (see 4.2.9 and Appendix A, 2009 version 5.4.1);

--- Increased resistance to yellowing assessment indicators and test methods (see Table 5 and 4.2.12);

--- Increased assessment items and test methods for the splitting of woven linings (see Table 5 and 4.2.15);

--- Modify the index requirements of the perspiration fastness, rubbing fastness, water fastness (see Table 5, 2009 version of Table 5);

---Removal of "Products with spray, embroidery, and printing patterns, the pattern discoloration after washing is not lower than Class 4 and the pattern does not fall off" (2009 version 4.8.2);

--- Modify the description of the sleeve length measurement method (see Table 6, 2009 version of Table 6);

--- Revised the appearance and the order and the order of sewing quality (see Table 7, Table 7 of the 2009 edition).

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Knitwear Branch (SAC/TC209/SC6).

1 Scope

This standard specifies requirements for knitted artificial leather garment products, test methods, inspection and determination rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to artificial leather garments made of artificial leather (textile knitted fabric is a base fabric) as the main fabric.
