Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 73025-2013 "Baby and Knitwear", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 73025-2013 as follows.

--- Modified the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2013 edition);

--- Added and revised normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2013 edition);

--- Modified the terminology for knitted garments for infants and young children (see 3.1, version 3.1 in 2013);

--- Adjusted the inherent quality requirements of Table 1. modified fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, Evaluation standards for combustion performance and safety of taking; added heavy metals, phthalates, accessories, fillers, pilling, and after washing Viewing index, moisture permeability rate, down jacket anti-drilling appraisal index; adjusted washing size change rate, splicing and cross-dyeing, and some color fastness evaluation indexes Mark; delete the button sewing strength evaluation index; modify the sewing strength of the belt to the tensile strength of the belt; add Note 2 and Note 3 Instructions (see Table 1.3.1, Table 1, 2013 edition);

--- Revised the scope of assessment of extractable heavy metal content (see 5.3.3, 2013 version 4.2.3);

--- Modified the assessment scope of the dimensional change rate of washing (see 5.3.4, 4.2.4 of the 2013 edition);

--- Removed the rule that the four-button buckle and the five-claw buckle do not evaluate the sewing strength (see 4.2.6 in the 2013 edition);

--- Removed the rule that "infant products must not use flame retardant finishing agents" (see 4.2.7 in 2013);

--- Added description of the assessment scope of pilling (see 5.3.5);

--- Added description of the stitching cross-dye assessment scope (see 5.3.6);

--- Added the requirements for the assessment of the color fastness of natural and bleached fabrics (see 5.3.7);

--- Added description of the assessment scope of the appearance after washing (see 5.3.8);

--- Added description of the scope of assessment of moisture permeability (see 5.3.9);

--- Adjusted the surface defect reviews and other regulations (see 5.4.1 table 2, 2013 version 4.3.2 table 2);

--- Adjusted the requirements for the assessment of the size deviation of the specifications (see 5.4.2 Table 3, 2013 version 4.3.3.1 Table 3);

--- Adjusted the assessment requirements for the size difference of the symmetrical parts (see Table 5.4.3, Table 4, 2013 4.3.4);

--- revised raw material regulations (see 5.4.4, 2013 version 4.3.5.1);

--- Removed the stitch density requirement (see 4.3.5.5 of the 2013 edition);

--- Added heavy metals, phthalates, accessories, fillers, pilling, appearance after washing, moisture permeability, down jacket anti-drilling performance evaluation index Standard (see 6.1.6, 6.1.9, 6.1.17, 6.1.18, 6.1.20);

--- Modify the test method of stitching cross-color fastness and delete Appendix A (see 6.1.16, 5.4.15 and Appendix A of the 2013 edition);

--- Modified the appearance quality inspection conditions (see 6.2.1, 5.2 in 2013 edition);

--- Revised the reference provisions of the product instructions (see 9.1, 2013 version 7.1);

--- Added the provision that metal needles and other sharp objects should not be used in product packaging (see 9.3).

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Knitwear Sub-Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC6).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, type and specifications, requirements, test methods, sampling rules and judgment rules and instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to knitted garments for infants and young children made mainly from knitted fabrics, including underwear, outerwear, pajamas, jumpsuits, apron, and pants Children, socks, foot covers, hats, gloves, bibs, aprons, scarves, wraps, covers, sleeping bags, bedding, etc.
