Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 22005-2008 "Semi-worsted Wool Woven Yarn", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 22005-2008 as follows.

--- Modified the scope of application of the standard and deleted the limitation of the type of raw fiber (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Adjusted normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modified the definition of semi-worsted wool woven yarn (see 3.1, 3.1 in 2008 version);

--- Modify the grades to be superior, first-class, and qualified (see 4.2, 4.2 in the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the expression of the evaluation grade of intrinsic quality and classify the fiber content into physical indicators (see 4.3.1, 4.3.1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the evaluation level of the physical indicators in Table 1 (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition).

- Modify the tolerance of fiber content according to GB/T 29862, delete the relevant remarks;

- Revise the twist deviation rate, change the original ± 4.0% of the excellent yarn to ± 3.5, the original ± 5.0 the first grade to ± 4.5, the original second grade ± 6.0 changed to qualified product ± 5.5; single yarn superior grade original ± 6.0 changed to ± 4.0, first grade original ± 7.0 changed to ± 5.0, original second grade, etc.

Product ± 8.0 changed to qualified product ± 6.0;

- Modified the twist variation coefficient, the original quality of the strand is <=11.0 changed to <=9.0, the original of the first grade <=12.5 changed to <=11.0, the original two Changed product quality <=14.0 to qualified product <=12.5; single yarn premium product original <=13.0 changed to <=11.0, first-class product original <=15.0 changed to <=13.0, the original second-class product <=17.0 was changed to qualified product <=15.0;

--- Modify the evaluation level of color fastness in Table 2 (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2008 edition).

- Modify the color change of dry cleaning, washing, acid and alkali perspiration resistance, water fastness to water, the staining of the lining is expressed as discoloration, staining, modification the color fastness to dry cleaning solvent is the color fastness;

- Delete the original remarks about the choice of interlining for wool blended products and non-wool fiber pure or blended products;

- Modify the color fastness to wet rubbing, the original second-class products >= 2 grades to qualified products >= 2-3 grades;

- Add Note 1, Note 2, Note 3;

--- Increase the color difference of the appearance quality and the corresponding test method (see 4.4.2, 5.2.14);

--- Modify the test method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2008 edition).

- Provisions for increasing the number of tests (see 5.1.5);

- Delete the abolished standard in the fiber content test method, and delete the provisions equivalent to the calculation of the official moisture regain (see the 2008 edition) 5.2.4);

- Modify the test method of linear density deviation rate, linear density variation coefficient, average breaking strength of single yarn and yarn surface defects the date of citing the standard (see 5.2.3, 5.2.5, 5.2.12, 2008 editions 5.2.1, 5.2.3, 5.2.12);

- Removed the test method for the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of strips (see 5.2.11 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the expression of judgment and acceptance (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2008 edition);

--- Delete the original Appendix A.2 (see Appendix A.2 of the 2008 edition);

--- Delete the original Appendix C (see Appendix C of the 2008 edition).

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Woolen Textile Branch (SAC/TC209/SC3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of semi-worsted woven yarns.

This standard is applicable to identify the quality of various semi-worsted wool woven yarns.
