Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 14024-2012 "Cotton and viscose blended printed and dyed fabrics". Compared with FZ/T 14024-2012, the main technical changes as follows.

---The file name is adjusted to "cotton and viscose blended printing and dyeing fabric";

---Adjusted the scope of application;

---Increased the quality deviation rate per unit area and the color fastness to hot pressing assessment items, adjusted the weft density deviation rate, breaking strength, and washing dimensional change Chemical rate assessment indicators (see Table 1);

---Appearance quality is compiled according to width deviation, color difference, skew, local defects, and scattered defects;

--- Width deviation assessment is divided into 3 levels of assessment, and the skew assessment items are assessed separately according to pattern skew or weft skew, grid pattern skew or grid weft skew (see table 2, Table 4 of the 2012 edition);

---Adjust the allowable scoring regulations for local defects to points per 100 square meters, and improve the assessment indicators (see Table 2);

---Delete the local defect scoring regulations, local defect scoring instructions, and the regulations for superior products (see 5.4.2, 2012 edition 5.4.3, 5.4.5);

--- Deleted the content of appearance quality inspection conditions and methods (see 6.2 of the 2012 edition);

---Appendix A is adjusted to an informative appendix, and the processing factor is classified according to the fabric structure (see Table A.1).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classifications, requirements, test and inspection methods, inspection rules, and standards for cotton and viscose blended printed and dyed fabrics.

Chi and packaging.

This document is applicable to all kinds of bleached, dyed and printed cotton and viscose blended printed and dyed fabrics produced by machine weaving.
