Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 3005-1992 "General technical requirements for gray cast iron valves for town gas", CJ/T 3055-1995 "Gas "Test and inspection of valves" and CJ/T 3056-1995 "General technical requirements for ductile iron and cast steel valves for town gas", and Compared with CJ/T 3005-1992, CJ/T 3055-1995 and CJ/T 3056-1995, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased the definition, requirements and test methods for polyethylene (PE) joint metal valves (see 3.1 and 6.6 and 7.6);

--- Increased the definition of DBB, DIB valves (see 3.2 and 3.3);

--- Added classification and model number (see 4);

--- Increased non-destructive testing requirements and test methods for welded joints (see 6.3 and 7.3);

--- Increased anti-static requirements and test methods (see 6.4 and 7.4);

--- Increased fire performance requirements and test methods (see 6.5 and 7.5);

--- Increased elastic seal requirements and test methods (see 6.7 and 7.7);

--- Increased flow coefficient requirements and test methods (see 6.8 and 7.8);

--- Revised the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of CJ/T 3005-1992, Chapter 1 of CJ/T 3055-1995 and Chapter 1 of CJ/T 3056-1995;

--- Revised structural requirements (see 5.1, Chapter 3 of CJ/T 3005-1992, 4.2 of CJ/T 3055-1995 and CJ/T 3056-3.1 to 3.9 of 1995);

--- Revised material requirements (see 5.2, Chapter 4 of CJ/T 3005-1992, 4.3 of CJ/T 3055-1995 and CJ/T 3056-3.10) of 1995;

---Modified pressure test requirements and test methods (see 6.1, 7.1, CJ/T 3005-1992, Chapter 5, CJ/T 3055-1995 Chapter 5 and Chapter 4 of CJ/T 3056-1995);

--- Revised the opening and closing torque requirements and test methods (see 6.2 and CJ/T 3005-1992, 3.6, CJ/T 3055-1995 4.5, 3.4) of CJ/T 3056-1995;

--- Revised inspection rules (see Chapter 8, Chapter 6 of CJ/T 3055-1995);

--- Removed the cleanliness check (see 4.4 of CJ/T 3055-1995).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and model of the metal valve for gas transmission (hereinafter referred to as valve) in accordance with GB/T 13611.

And materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, nameplates and instructions, protection, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the following valves.

--- The maximum allowable working pressure does not exceed 10MPa, the nominal size range is DN50~DN1000, and the operating temperature range is-20 ° C ~ 60 ° C ball valve;

--- The maximum allowable working pressure does not exceed 1.6MPa, the nominal size range is DN50~DN1000, and the operating temperature range is Gate valve of -20 ° C ~ 60 ° C;

--- The maximum allowable working pressure does not exceed 0.4MPa, the nominal size range is DN50~DN300, and the working temperature range is -20°C~ Butterfly valve at 60 ° C.
