Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 3038-1995 "submersible sewage pump", compared with the CJ/T 3038-1995 main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the definition of submersible sewage pump (see Chapter 3);

--- Increasing the volume ratio of solid phase in the transport medium (see Chapter 5, 1995 edition 6.2);

--- Increase the submersible sewage pump submerged depth requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increasing the performance requirements of over-current components of materials (see 6.2, 1995 version 6.27);

--- Modify the performance requirements of the exposed fastener material (see 6.5, 1995 version 6.27);

--- Improve the motor performance requirements (see 7.2, 1995 version 6.5 and 6.6);

--- Increased motor vibration speed control range requirements (see 7.3.13);

--- Increased surface preparation and painting requirements (see 7.6.3);

--- Increase the average pre-failure time before running the requirements (see 7.3.3, 1995 version 6.23);

--- Modify the test method, regulating the correspondence between requirements and test methods (see Chapter 8 and Table 1, 1995 edition 8 chapter);

--- Increased transportation and storage requirements (see 10.3,10.4);

--- Added Appendix C submersible sewage pump installation diagram (see Appendix C).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the submersible sewage pump terms and definitions, type, type and basic parameters, working conditions, materials, requirements, test methods, Inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the manufacture and testing of submersible sewage pumps containing liquids, solids, fibers and the like in conveying liquids.
