Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 3047-1995 "semi-instant heat exchangers." this standard and CJ/T 3047-1995 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the semi-instant heat exchanger terminology;

--- Modify the term floating coil;

--- Increasing the intelligent electric temperature controller, heat transfer area, operating time, temperature control precision terms;

--- Removed the pressure, the maximum working pressure, design pressure, design temperature, test temperature, metal temperature, time constant terms;

--- Modify the semi-instant heat exchanger model that;

--- Added the terms of the outsourcing parts purchased;

--- Remove the semi-instant heat exchanger heat medium, series of parameters, the provisions of the nominal diameter;

--- Remove the floating coil of carbon steel, the upper and lower end cap of malleable iron material, an increase of the upper and lower end cap of stainless steel, containers the material of the flange

--- Remove the provisions of the lining of copper;

--- Increasing the upper and lower end cap in the flat cover, head with a container flange two types, and in the corresponding increase in the relevant provisions of the standard;

--- Increased thermal performance of semi-instant heat exchangers;

--- Modify the temperature control accuracy performance test methods;

--- Modify the type test conditions.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the semi-instant heat exchanger (hereinafter referred to as "heat exchanger") terms and definitions, models and structures, materials, requirements, test side Law, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the heat medium for steam or heat medium water semi-instant heat exchanger design, manufacture, testing and testing.
