Scope
YY/T 1712-2021 is the English-translated version of 采用机器人技术的辅助手术设备和辅助手术系统.
YY/T 1712-2021 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard for assisted surgical medical equipment and assisted surgical medical systems employing robotic technology (RA equipment).
It specifies terms and definitions, requirements and test methods covering working environment conditions, the pose accuracy and repeatability and the master-slave operation accuracy and repeatability of master-slave controlled RA equipment, positioning accuracy under navigation guidance, maximum space and effective workspace, the load-bearing capacity of the robotic arm (effective operating force and end effector clamping force), master-slave control time delay, environmental tests (at least climatic and mechanical environment group I of GB/T 14710) and safety to GB 9706.1.
Most performance values are those declared by the manufacturer in the accompanying documents, verified with the test methods of Clause 5; terms are taken from GB/T 12642, GB/T 12643 and YY/T 1686.
Issued on 9 March 2021 by the National Medical Products Administration, it has been in force since 1 October 2022. Classification: ICS 11.040, CCS C 39. The English edition runs to 32 pages.
