YY/T 1088-2007 is the English-translated version of 在0.5MHz至15MHz频率范围内采用水听器测量与表征医用超声设备声场特性的导则.
YY/T 1088-2007 is the Chinese medical device industry guidance for measuring and characterizing the ultrasonic fields generated by medical ultrasonic equipment with hydrophones in the frequency range 0.5 MHz to 15 MHz.
It describes simplified procedures for measuring the acoustic output of such equipment, together with the correction steps made necessary by the limited bandwidth and the finite size of a hydrophone's sensitive element.
It is written as a practical guide to hydrophone measurement of acoustic output rather than as a set of product limits. Identical to IEC 61220-1993, it is used with GB/T 16540-1996, IEC 61101-1991 and IEC 61161-1998.
It supersedes YY/T 91088-1999. Issued on 31 January 2007, it has applied since 1 January 2008.
