YY/T 0805.2-2014 is the English-translated version of 牙科学 金刚石旋转器械 第2部分：切盘.
YY/T 0805.2-2014 is the Chinese pharmaceutical industry standard for the diamond cutting discs used in dental treatment.
It is the second part of the YY/T 0805 series and fixes the characteristics of the flat diamond disc, giving clearly defined dimensions for the five disc shapes chosen out of the twenty-nine shapes of dental diamond rotary instrument, other disc types following the same principle, and it covers the diameter and the thickness, the mounting and the coated surface. Issued on 17 June 2014, it has applied since 1 July 2015.

Foreword
YY 0805 "Dentistry diamond rotary instruments" standard consists of the following three parts.
--- Part 1. Dimensions, requirements, marking and packaging;
--- Part 2. Cut pan;
--- Part 3. particle size, name and color code. This is Part 2 YY 0805 of. This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
In order to maintain consistency and Part 3, the international standard name standard name changed to "Dentistry diamond rotary instruments." The partial modification of the use of ISO 7711-2:1992 "Dentistry diamond rotary instruments - Part 2. Cut plate" (in English).
1 Scope
YY/T 0805 provisions of this part of the features commonly used in dental treatment flat diamond cutting disc. It contains 29 kinds of shapes dentistry Diamond rotary instruments, choose five disc-shaped cut its size to give a clearly defined. Other types of cutting discs will follow this principle of honor Choose carefully.
Note: YY/T 0873.1-2011 and YY/T 0873.2-2014 for all types of dental rotary instruments provides a 15-digit numeric code.

3 Size and material requirements
3.1 Outer periphery cut extremely thin double-sided cutting plate
3.1.1 cut plate shall meet the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 1.
3.1.2 unassembled cut plate aperture. 1.6mm 0.05 0 mm or 1.8mm 0.05 0 mm.
3.1.3 cut reel body material. stainless steel, type and processing method specified by the manufacturer themselves.
3.1.4 Yield strength. Minimum 1000MPa
