YC/T 336-2010Design specification of tobacco leaf purchasing station (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces YC/T 336-2010 "Code for Design of Tobacco Workstations". Compared with YC/T 336-2010, except for editorial changes the main technical changes are as follows.

---In accordance with the "Implementation Regulations of the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China", the name of the standard and the terms "tobacco workstation" are changed to "tobacco purchase station";

---"Terms and Definitions" deleted the definitions of "Tobacco Workstation" and "Standard Unit" (see 3.1 and 3.4 of the 2010 edition), and revised "Tobacco Leaf the definition of "purchase process" and "weight group" (see 3.2, 3.3, 2010 editions 3.2, 3.3), and the definition of "tobacco leaf purchase station" and "raw tobacco product" (see 3.1, 3.4);

---"Settings and Classification" modified the setting principles (see 4.1, 4.1 in 2010 edition);

---"Site selection, general layout and transportation" increased the land use requirements for the newly built tobacco leaf purchase station, and revised the requirements of the tobacco leaf purchase station the requirements for the scale of land use have increased the general layout requirements for the fire control room and the security control room (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2010 edition);

---"Tobacco Leaf Purchase Process and Main Work Sections" revised the main functions of the purchase process, the purchase section and the storage section, and added the temporary Storage time requirements (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2010 edition);

---"Fire protection" modified the related technologies of building fire protection, fire power supply and its power distribution, automatic fire alarm system, fire water supply, and smoke prevention and exhaustion Measures (see Chapter 10, Chapter 10 of the 2010 edition);

---Each chapter is based on the latest national and industry standards and regulations, relevant policies and requirements for tobacco leaf purchase, and the construction of tobacco leaf purchase stations the experience and results have been comprehensively revised.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tobacco Standardization Technical Committee Engineering Construction Subcommittee (SAC/TC144/SC5).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design of tobacco leaf purchase stations.

This standard applies to newly built, rebuilt and expanded tobacco leaf purchasing stations.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Tobacco Leaf Purchase Station A basic unit approved by the tobacco monopoly administrative department in the region where the tobacco leaf purchase plan is issued in accordance with the tobacco monopoly laws and regulations, mainly the function is to organize production, purchase tobacco and serve tobacco farmers.

Tobacco Leaf Acquisition Process Including but not limited to the operation process of delivery appointment, waiting for cigarette preliminary inspection, professional grading, grade evaluation, weighing and settlement, packing into pieces, temporary storage of cigarette packages, loading and dispatching.

Pound group

According to the tobacco monopoly regulations and the tobacco leaf purchase contract, the tobacco leaf is purchased at the tobacco leaf purchase station and packaged into pieces to become the basic operation unit of the original tobacco product.
