The partial replacement of SN/T 2138.2-2010 "the inspection of import and export of textile raw materials plant fiber cotton." this section compared with the SN/T 2138.2, in addition to editorial changes outside the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

SN/T 3981 provisions of this part of the import and export of cotton, including.
