This section SN/T 3656 Part 2.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
Introduction
With the social development and technological progress, dangerous chemical species are also increasing, which covers safety regulations has become even more widespread in the country "List of Hazardous Chemicals" (2002 edition) published in the existing 3,800 different species of dangerous chemicals, while the United Nations "on the crisis Recommendation Model Regulations dangerous goods transport "(TDG) and the" Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling "(GHS) for the transport of dangerous chemicals and other transportation, packaging and labeling are also relevant requirements, and hazardous chemical species given clearly defined. Gas in accordance with the United Nations "on the dangerous goods Matter Recommendations on the Transport Model Regulations "are classified as Class 2 dangerous goods, including both natural gas, petroleum gas and other energy commodities for daily use, but also the Ethylene, ammonia and other chemical products, import and export volume, high risk. In March 2011 the State Council issued the "dangerous chemical safety regulations" State Council Decree [591] defined the inspection and quarantine departments are responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. To ensure Inspection and Effective implementation of pest-related business, regulate the import and export of dangerous chemicals inspection procedures need to be developed in this section.
This guide can be used as part of the basic requirements for hazardous chemicals gas test can also be used as the development of specific gas product testing standards document, to ensure a coordinated series of standards.
