Introduction
Phosphine is a highly toxic, colorless, flammable liquefied compressed gas in the storage cylinder. In industry, the role of water on calcium phosphide, Acting on phosphorus or potassium, phosphorus and alkali boiling can produce phosphine. Phosphine can be used for producing a semiconductor dopant polymerization initiator Agent, a condensation reaction catalyst can also be used as a flame retardant production intermediates. Phosphine main origin of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan provinces, the main to import countries are South Korea, the United States.
In accordance with the United Nations "on the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations" (UNRTDG), phosphine main risk is classified as 2.3 Class of toxic gases, dangerous times classified as Class 2.1 flammable gases, UN No. 2199. Phosphine major damage to the nervous system, respiratory system System, heart, kidneys and liver. Mild acute poisoning, the patient has a headache, fatigue, nausea, insomnia, thirsty, nasopharynx dry, chest tightness, cough and fever Etc; Moderate poisoning, the patients have mild disturbance of consciousness, difficulty breathing, myocardial injury; Severe poisoning occurs a coma, convulsion, pulmonary edema and significantly Cardiac, liver and kidney damage.
In March 2011 the State Council issued the "dangerous chemical safety regulations" [591 State Council Decree] provides for inspection and quarantine departments Responsible for the import and export of hazardous chemicals and their packaging implementation of the inspection. To ensure the effective implementation of the relevant inspection and quarantine operations, standardize import and export Dangerous chemicals and packaging inspection and supervision work, the development of this standard.
