1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, raw materials, auxiliary materials and food additives, technical requirements, production of rice, rice porridge and rice flour products.

Requirements for processing hygiene requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, sales and recalls.

This standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of products defined in 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3.
