QC/T 795.2-2007 is the second part of the Chinese automotive industry standard on air filters for the passenger compartment of road vehicles, and it turns to gaseous filtration.

It gives test methods for the dynamic adsorption of certain harmful gases by a cabin air filter. The filters concerned are those meant to improve the quality of the air inside the vehicle by reducing the concentration of harmful gases and odours reaching the cabin from the outside or through the recirculation path.

The methods allow the pressure drop to be measured and the efficiency with which the filter removes harmful gases and volatile substances to be determined. Identical to ISO/TS 11155-2:2002, it quotes QC/T 795.1, ISO 11841-1 and ISO 11841-2. Issued on 14 November 2007, it has applied since 1 May 2008.
