QC/T 628-2014 is the English-translated version of 汽车用带点火开关的转向锁.
QC/T 628-2014 is the Chinese automotive industry standard for the vehicle steering lock combined with an ignition switch. It fixes the terms and definitions for the device, classifies the products, and sets the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging and transport.
The standard is a modified adoption of JIS D5812-1994. It takes the place of QC/T 628-1999 and cites GB/T 28046.3-2011, GB/T 28046.4-2011 and QC/T 625. Its classifications are T26 in the Chinese system and 43.040.60 in the international one. Issued on 14 October 2014, it has applied since 1 April 2015.
